Ready to book your consultation?

Meet with your trainer to discuss your health history, past fitness endeavors, current goals, and expectations of training. A deposit of $50 is required to hold your appointment time. No-show or cancelation with less than 12 hours notice results in forfeiting the deposit. Upon completion of the consultation, the deposit is fully refundable or you can apply it toward any training package or merchandise.
